The recent update to photo app says it can save photos in diffrent albums. How is this done?

All steps worked until the IP. I've done every step in your help, over and over again and I just can't open the page with the address indicated. I know that both the Iphone and the IMac are connected to the same wi-fi network and I've checked all the other steps more than once. Can you help me?

I can't open the movie files because I get this error message.

The document “Jess knitting11.11.MOV” could not be opened. The movie is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands.

Please do help. It seems to work so smoothly for most. I have a MacBook Pro version 10.6.8

i just downloaded your app in my new iphone 4gs and my ipad. i then get to a screen that says can't find network. my ipad has wifi everywhere. i also have a lynksys wifi in my house. i want to download pics from the phone to the ipad. help.

catchy tune in a too small video does not work - do you have a video that uses words or - written insturctions?

Transferred photos from iphone won't save to PC. I right click on to Save Target but I never get to the point of choosing where to save it. Then I get an Operation Timed Out error message. I've tried numerous times.
It took me forever to get the app to work to even get the photos transferred and now that i did i can't get them onto my pc.

On the App Store, the app claims that it can transfer photos over Bluetooth. Is this true? I can't seem to find it anywhere within the app.

Problem - transfer screen states Done but when I go to album only a jpg icon shows
No video transferred.

Is there a way to fix the issue of all my pictures being cut in half when downloaded .all pictures that were taken with my camera up right are only showing half even after downloading them

Anyone having imahes come across muted all of the sudden? My last two downloads are not full color...they all look off... Transfered from my desktop as jpegs...
