Like to get a refnund

I purchased the app and it does not seem to work as i expected. how do I get a refund?

I'm very sorry to hear that you are having problems using the app. If you provide us with some details of the issue that you are having we will be very happy to assist you getting the app to work. Some important things to check before attempting a transfer is to check that your device and your computer are connected to the same wifi network and that you are typing the address provided exactly as it appears inside of the application directly on the address bar of your computer's web browser.
