UPGRADE NOW in Yellow Box. " How do I upgrade on the IPad?"

I am using the Photo transfer app on my IPad and transferring photos to my PC Windows 10. I wish to use the UPGRADE NOW section; however it will not upgrade. I have transferred to maximum number of photos allowed , but wish to transfer more. "How do I upgrade?"

Dear Ralph,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry that is not clear. To upgrade simply open the app on your iPad (without connecting to the computer at first) and then tap the 'Upgrade' button on the main screen of the app (the one with the 'Send/Receive' buttons). That will show you the Upgrade screen from which you can upgrade.

Do you have to purchase the upgrade for each device? Or is upgrade good for a certain number of devices?

The upgrade is good for all devices that use the same Apple account. To restore a purchase on another device simply open the app on the other device, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that will give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device.

You mentioned "same Apple account" My PC does not have an Apple account nor do i want to associate one with it. It is the reason for using a third party app. Does this mean a PC would need to buy an upgrade in addition to an upgrade for the iPad mini?

No, the PC app does not need to be upgraded. It will simply detect if the device you are connecting to has the upgrade or not. So, simply upgrade on your iPad and then re-connect from the PC app and you should be all set.

Photo Transfer App

When I try to backup photos that are displayed on my PC I get a request to upgrade to get full resolution. My Iphone shows the yellow "upgrade now" but nothing happens when I click on it. How do I upgrade the free transfer app to use the more advanced features in moving photos from the Iphone to my windows PC?

I have paid for the PRO upgrade and I have a receipt from Apple, however, the app is not recognizing the fact that the upgrade has already been processed and keeps asking me to upgrade and pay more money than Apple has already taken from me.

How do I get the app to recognize that I already have paid to upgrade to PRO?
