Purchasing iPhone and getting the iPad version

I bought the iPhone version of photo transfer. I need the iPad version as well. I was told by the add that it was also included with the purchase of the iPhone. How can I get the iPad version? I went to the app store on my iPad and it want me to buy it. Is there a way.

Thanks for posting your question here. You can install the app on both devices and you only pay once. Basically, once you own the app on one device you can install it on the other device from the 'App Store' app for FREE as long as use the same iTunes account.

Don't worry, you will not get charged the second time you download the app in the other device. Apple knows that you already own the app, so it will treat it only as an update so you won't be charged (even though it says 'buy') as long as you use the same iTunes account in both devices.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. Please open the app on your iPad, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that will give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device. Also just make sure that you are running the latest update of our app (6.2), if not you can update the app from here:

Then re-open the app on the Mac and it should recognize the upgrade.
