Is it possible to use USB connection with File Transfer?

I have my culled photos in Albums on ipad (1200 - 1500 per album) and want to transfer. Flakey wifi and slow. Is it possible to use USB connection with File Transfer? Need to retain metadata, etc as well. Thanks

Hi.

Unfortunately USB transfers are currently not supported by our app, only via Wi-Fi. If you are using a Mac computer then you could use an ad-hoc network to improve the connection speed between device and computer:
