? how to save settings before use.

Hi, would you be able to help. I am unable to save my settings before use of app. I wish to keep my photos in the order they are and not put chronological. I check the box in settings but it does not save it. Thankyou for your time and trouble to assist if you can kind regards Dave

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. What is the direction of transfer that you are attempting? Is it from computer to iPhone for example or from a cloud service to iPhone/iPad?

Hi Enrique, Thankyou for your time to reply. I am wanting to transfer from my mini ipad to my ipad 2 all my photo albums through my wifi. I need them in each album to be transfered in exact order. ( clone). When i go into settings and flick across the setting for them to be in same order and not cronological there is no save on the settings, and once i get out of settings to transfer I can go back into settings and it has not saved it. Hope this is not to cryptic. Once again thankyou for your time and trouble to respond. Kind regards Dave.

Hi Dave,

The settings should be applied and saved right after you change it, there is no need to save it as it is saved immediatly. However, you need to do this on the device were you are saving your photos (in this case the iPad 2).

How are you selecting the photos to transfer? Maybe what is happening is that our app is sorting by date when you are selecting the photos and then that is the order in which they are sent. I'm going to write this on our development board to have a way to respect the sort order of an album when selecting items.
