I've just upgraded to be able to transfer more then 5 photos but when I've gone back into the app and selected all its still saying I can only still transfer 5 photos, when I paid to upgrade it said my purchase was successful

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. Did you try upgrading when connected via our Windows or Mac app? If you upgraded already then simply try closing the desktop app, then open it again to reconnect with your device, this way the desktop app will re-connect to the device and recognize the upgrade.
