PC pics on my new Mac

I want to transfer all of my PC pictures on to my new Mac. Problem using this ap (2.99 paid version) is that the Mac and PC are not finding each other (no devices found). Both devices on the same home Network, reset both computers. No problem when i use the iPad. If i try to manually enter the device there is no web address. Help.

Hello Amber,

Thank you for responding.
I bought the ap through the ap store or iTunes.
I guess when i read idevice to/from PC then i assumed that it included a iMac.
Both devices are on the same home wifi.
I have been using a usb to transfer photos to and fro but there has to be an easier way. Let me know if you know.

Thank you for posting your question with us, I will be happy to assist you.

Where did you pay $2.99 and on what platform? Currently transferring from a PC to a Mac isn't supported, only transferring from an iDevice to an Android to/from PC or Mac is supported with our app :)

I would recommend that you ensure that both your devices are sharing the same wifi network and that you have the app running on both devices while you attempt to transfer from one to the other.

Are you on a home wifi network, or a public network?
