Every time i try to send videos recorded on my iPhone to my iPad, it connects and starts to transfer but then an error message is displayed telling me my video format is not supported. This happens with every single video that I have recorded with my phone, which doesn't make any sense to me. I dont own a laptop yet so I can't check to see if the videos will transfer to iTunes.

I have five videos on my iPhone that I am trying to bring onto my computer. The one video that is approximately 7 minutes long works just fine. The others are 45 minutes or longer and when they finish transferring, I always get the same error message, "The document XXXXXX could not be opened. The movie's file format isn't recognized." I have already set the app's preference to allow for videos of up to 3700 seconds in length. I would appreciate any help.

No "Upload" button. I have tried it on 2 different computers, in IE and Firefox on both, but the PC web page does not display an upload button to upload photos from the PC. I can transer from my iPad to the PC with no porblems.
I verified having the latest version of Flash installed on both, rebooted, etc...
Any idea what's wrong? Thanx!

Transferred pictures using iTunes to my iPad 3, but now I can't delete those pics other than the ones on camera roll or photo streamed. HELP

Can you tell me when your Photo Transfer app will have support for retina display on the new iPad. When selecting photos for export it looks like I only see a quarter of the photo. I also can not see the selected check mark.

Hope this great app can be fixed soon.

Will transferring from my iPhone to my iPad eat up data allowance on my Verizon cellular package? I'm hoping answer is "no". Hopefully the activity all happens inside my local wifi network only....

Hi - I'm trying to transfer photos from ipad3 to a PC. It tells me there is an error in that it couldn't read my albums, and shows a step-by-step process to go the the general section on the ipad to to put the 'Location Services' on - looks easy. Problem is - there is no 'Location Services' under the Bluetooth section, as the screendumb shows. I have instead wi-fi sync .... so can you pls tell me where this 'Location Services' click is? thanks.

which format to choose to zip and save all files full res: xmp or png? new option with latest update...thanks!

Are release notes for version 3.3 (iOS) available somewhere? I'd like to know what changed and what was added.

I have a Verizon new iPad with personal hot spot. I can connect my iPhone 4s to the personal hot spot. Transfer sees the iPhone, but when I start the transfer, it just says Contacting sender... and never gets any farther. I am not near a WiFi network, and need the personal hot spot to transfer over a video.
