When I press "Select Photos & Videos" the Albums screen opens and shows "loading albums" then the app quits. IOS 5.0.1 on iPhone 4

When I transfer a video (mov) file from my PC to my iPad2, the file simply appears as a block with the word JPG on it and will not play.
The same file will play OK if sync'ed to the Videos folder using iTunes.
I understand that another app called "PhotoSync" does work correctly with video files, but I've already paid for "PhotoTransfer" and expect it to work as advertised.
PLEASE HELP!

So far the apps works fine as far as the transfer goes - very easy to use

I transfered 5 photos from my iTouch to my computer. I transferred the 'Download photos as zip file' I then extracted them creating 5 JPG files. All five files have no data (0 kb)

Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem?

Sometimes I don't have access to wifi, but I still have access to iTunes. I'd really like the ability to copy photos to the app via iTunes and have the app offer to process/copy them to the camera roll next time I launch it.

Sometimes I don't have wifi access and being able to copy photos via iTune's built-in file copy support would be a million times easier than trying to set up an ad-hoc network.

After selecting the photos to transfer, I enter the address in my web browser (including the alternative address), but the page fails to open.

Ive noticed the app crashing after using it to transfer a picture to a windows pc. Adter closing the app then reopening it to transfer another image, it will crash when selecting the new image. Ive noticed that it selects the last image taken automatically however the web interface shows the previous image I downloaded. This is when the app dies. Device is an iPhone 4S on 5.0.1
