Our App transfers photos exactly as they appear on the device. There is no modifications, changes etc. done to the photo during the transfer. Are you using the same computer and software to view the photos with?

If you want you can send us a sample of the photo(s) you are attempting to transfer to our support email ( support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com )
