Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems using the app. Can you tell us what direction are you trying to transfer? Is it from computer to iPhone or iPad? or vice versa? If you imported photos from your Nikon camera to your iPad and you want to transfer them now to your computer I would recommend you to use the web interface of our app (not the desktop app) which will allow you to transfer your photos in JPG or DSCN format.

Just open the 'Settings' app, then go to 'Privacy' and then into 'Photos'. Make sure our app is turned ON. Then go back to Photo Transfer App and you should be able to start using it.

Sorry you are having problems with the app. Please try restarting your device and try the discovery again. We've noticed that some devices needed a restart after the iOS8 update to start being 'discoverable'. Hopefully that helps. Let us know how it goes after you try the restart.

Sorry you are having problems with the app. Please try simply restarting your device. We noticed that some devices needed a restart for the Bonjour discovery to start working again. Hopefully that fixes the problem. Let us know when you have a chance to try this.

Sorry you are having problems. Is the storage space of your Google Drive full or the storage of your device? Make sure that you have space available on Google Drive and on your device to be able to upload from device to the cloud. The device needs some free space in order to create the temporary files for the upload to work.

Thanks for contacting us. Don't worry, next time you try to connect from another device you will be asked to authorize the connection again. Once you do that the device will be remembered and you will be able to connect without authorizing every time.

Thanks for the extra info. There are 2 other possibilities then. One is that you may not have enough space on your device and that's why the video can't be saved. Please check that you have at least 2 times the size of the video available on your device.

The second thing may be that the video it is actually not compatible with the iPhone as it may be using a different encoding that is not understood by the iPhone. What is the source of the video? Was it taken with another iDevice or from a digital camera?

Let me know some extra info on the video.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems. We are aware of one issue related to downloading videos from Google Drive to iPhone when the file name has spaces. If the file that you are trying to download has spaces on the file name it may cause this problem. So please rename the file, remove the spaces and try the download again.

We are working on a fix for this and we will push an update of the app soon.

Let us know if removing the spaces worked.

Hi Aaron,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Can you tell me what iPhone do you have (3GS, 4, 4S, 5?). Also tell me what version of iOS you are using on it so I can understand were the problem may be.

And, if you can tell me a few more details of how the problem occurs that would be good, like for example, does the app closes on your iPhone when trying to backup? and does the backup actually start but stops at 1200 photos, or never starts?
