Hi,

Thank you for your message. We are happy to tell you we are working on a new Windows app version, which we plan to release during Q2 2021. We will review this and improve it :)

Stay safe!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us!

Unfortunately, the only way to update the app is through Google Play or App Store. Due to Google and Apple policies, we can't offer any other way to pay for the update. You can add a credit/debit card to your Google Play account and then, you can remove it again if you don't want to use it anymore.

Kind regards,

Juan

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us!

Unfortunately, we still didn't implement Dropbox on Android. But there is a workaround for your situation. You can transfer your photos from Dropbox on your iPad using Photo Transfer App, and once they are on your iPad, you can transfer them to your Chromebook. You need to download our Android app on your Chromebook and follow the same steps you were doing when transferring photos from your Android to your iPad.

I hope it helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions or comments.

Kind regards,

Juan

Hi Terry,

Thank you for using our app!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app. It sounds like a bug, do you know the file size of that image?

We are conscious the Windows app is not working perfectly and I would like to tell you we are in the process of rewriting the app. We expect to release it during the second quarter of 2021. In the meantime, if you have your photos on iCloud, you can download them directly from https://www.icloud.com/

I hope it helps.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us! I answer your questions:

1. I'm using the Windows app, very nice. Is there a way to move photos from one phone album to another, or at least add to another, preferably via drag and drop? It appears that I can do this only via the Photos app built into iOS.

Unfortunately, there is no way to move photos between albums at the moment.

2. I see options for Download and Download & Delete. Could there be an option in the app to Download and Move/Add (to a different phone album)?

Thank you for your suggestion, we can consider this for a future release. We add both suggestions to our development board.

Hi Terry,

So sorry for the late reply. Could you please check if you and your wife have the same settings on the app? Open the app on both devices and touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen). Options that can transform your photos are: 'Convert HEIC to JPG', 'Use original versions'

I hope it helps, and again, my apologies to not answer you before.

Hi Sophia,

So sorry for the late reply. Yes, if you transfer your photos from your phone to your Mac, you can delete them off your phone.

I hope it helps!

Hi,

So sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, no, it's not possible. Apple manages the app versions, so if it does not appear on your App Store, we can't send you an old version.

Apologies.

Photo Transfer App

Hi Keith.

Sorry for the late reply. Here are some answers:

1)is there a way to copy all files vs on 400 at a time?

Yes, you can use the 'Backup' feature of our desktop app to transfer all items in one folder in one shot.

2)Does Photo app keep track of what previous files copied to PC in order to copy on the new files?

It does not directly track the files that have been copied but it will skip the ones that are already on the disk on the same location so the second time you run a backup it will be faster as it will skip all files that have been downloaded already.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have other questions or comments.

Kind regards,
