We are investigating this, it seems like our latest update is not recognizing purchases made prior to 2016 when we switched our app from paid to in-app-purchases. We have identified the issue and we are preparing an update to fix this as soon as possible. The update should be available hopefully tomorrow or Sunday (Apple takes a day or two to approve app updates).

Sorry you are having problems. Are you using the same device where you originally purchased the app from? Or is it a different device? Also, are you on iPhone or Android? Let me know a few more details and I will be happy to help!

Please try this: open the app on your device, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that should give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device.

So sorry we didn't publish an answer for this topic! Sounds like your issue is different than the one on the original post. From what you describe you were able to install the app on your Windows computer and now I think you are 1 step away to be able to transfer your photos from your iPhone to your Windows PC. Here are some instructions on how to transfer from iPhone to Windows using our app:

Basically after the Windows app discovers your device you can navigate to the right album and then use the 'Download' button to start the transfer from iPhone to Windows. You can also use the 'Backup' button in our Windows app to select an entire album to be transferred to your PC.

Yes, when you transfer using our desktop app it should transfer both the original and the edited photos at once. Let me know if you need more help or have any questions.
