Photos that are DSCN will not transfer. Help!

I do not know why the are .DSCN as opposed to .img, or how to get them to transfer.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems using the app. Can you tell us what direction are you trying to transfer? Is it from computer to iPhone or iPad? or vice versa? If you imported photos from your Nikon camera to your iPad and you want to transfer them now to your computer I would recommend you to use the web interface of our app (not the desktop app) which will allow you to transfer your photos in JPG or DSCN format.
