My ipad won't transfer

My husband and I both have ipads and computers. We both purchased this app. It works fine on his but will not complete the transfer from the ipad to the computer on mine. After I zip the file I get a pop up to either save or run. I choose both but nothing happens. The ipad just keeps "transfering" The one time it did transfer it copied and did not remove the pics from the ipad? We bought our ipads for Christmas and have the newest version. His computer is vista and mine is windows 7........suggestions?

App not working after update

my photo transfer app is not working after update. it was downloaded but never finished installing. now it onely says waiting and nothing hapens.

Not working with multitasking (i.e. in the background)

The multitasking works very poorly! I started "Photo Transfer App" and then put it in the background while starting my Remote Desktop app on my iPhone. Then I remote controlled my computer to navigate to the IP address (normally 192.168.x.y:8080). Nothing. Because when switching back to "Photo Transfer App" it restarted!

And also, while the zip file is being prepared you can't do anything in the mean time! This is a telephone. What if the phone rings while Photo Transfer is working? Then I have to start all over again?!

I mean, really, get that multitasking to work properly or I have no use of this app and cannot give it a good rate in app store.

My photos transfer from my iphone to my computer as empty (zero KB)

this photo transfer app has not worked for me at all. I have tried transferring my photos to my MAC pro lap top and I have done the exact steps. When i transfer my photos from my iphone to my laptop in a zip file, ,the photos are transferred as empty or photos with zero KB. Has anyone else had this problem and can anyone tell me what to do?
