Video transfer problems

Transfered video clips from iPod touch to computer. Result is very poor jerky quality and no sound on computer. Suggestions?

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Our app transfers your videos and photos exactly as they are stored on your iTouch, we do not modify them in any way. What program are you using to view your videos? I would recommend to make sure that you have the latest update of Quick Time player. You can download a free version from the Apple website:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Also, make sure that your computer is not running too many other programs so it can play the videos correctly.
