My ipad won't transfer

My husband and I both have ipads and computers. We both purchased this app. It works fine on his but will not complete the transfer from the ipad to the computer on mine. After I zip the file I get a pop up to either save or run. I choose both but nothing happens. The ipad just keeps "transfering" The one time it did transfer it copied and did not remove the pics from the ipad? We bought our ipads for Christmas and have the newest version. His computer is vista and mine is windows 7........suggestions?

Dear Janet,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.

What web browser are you using on your computer? We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Also, I would recommend you to 'right-click' the link to download the photos instead of clicking it directly on the transfer web page. When you right-click the 'Download all photos as zip' on the transfer web page you will get a few options, please choose 'Save linked file as' (or similar). This will allow you to select a place on the hard drive where you can save your photos.

Then, after the transfer is done, go to the place where you saved the zip file and just double click on it to unzip the photos inside of the zip file and get to your photos. You can also right-click the zip file after it gets transferred to your computer and then choose 'extract' to get to the JPG photo files.
