Sorry for the late reply!! Yes, if you previously transferred in medium resolution you would have to re-transfer the files after you purchase the upgrade for full resolution transfers. Sorry again we didn't get back to you earlier.

Hi!

Yes, this is on our development board and we hope it will be done in the next update of the app. In the meantime you can use a video player like VLC that will allow you to play the videos in HEVC format.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app! You should be able to transfer from Android to iPhone all your photos in an album. If the app keeps giving you an error it may be that the album contains a video that may be in a format that is not compatible with iPhone. Open the app on your device, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that will give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device.

If you bought on an iPhone or iPad and you are trying to use on an Android then send us an email and we can help you getting the app upgraded on both devices: support@phototransferapp.com

Thanks for contacting us. Please try this to transfer using JPG instead of HEIC:


Open the app on your iPhone and when you go to the 'Settings' screen of our app (tap the little gear icon in the main screen of our iPhone app) you will find a new setting to convert HEIC to JPG at the bottom of the settings screen. After you activate that setting you will be able to transfer JPG files that you should be able to view on your PC.

Hi. Sorry for the delay getting back to you! The photos should have been saved to the main 'Photos' app on your iPad. Open the 'Photos' app on the iPad and then go to the 'All photos' album, you should find them there.

Our app does not directly have a function to find duplicates. However, when you transfer new photos to your device it will prevent to add photos that are already stored there.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Erasing your library is definitely something that is not possible via our app - this must be something else because our app does not have the capability and Apple would simply not allow an app to delete photos without the user's consent. In fact, when you try to delete a photo via our app the operating system (iOS) automatically prompts the user to accept the deletion. So basically without your approval it is impossible for our app to delete any photos from your library. Did you perhaps try other things like restoring your device or use other software? Let us know some more details and we will try to help but rest assured that our app simply does not have the rights to alter your photo library without you first approving it.
