Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app! What device did you use to buy the upgrade? If you are on an iPhone or iPad try this:

Open the app on your device, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that will give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device.

If you bought on an iPhone or iPad and you are trying to use on an Android then send us an email and we can help you getting the app upgraded on both devices: support@phototransferapp.com
