App not transferring all photos

Tonight I tried to transfer I photo album From android to my iPhone. Of 33 pictures, only 18 were transferred. The app said something about URL not supported or somesuch nonsense. I just paid for the upgrade expecting to be able to transfer more than five pictures. But if I can’t get an entire album, then What good is the app?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app! You should be able to transfer from Android to iPhone all your photos in an album. If the app keeps giving you an error it may be that the album contains a video that may be in a format that is not compatible with iPhone.
