Purchased upgrade but is not to be found

I purchased the upgrade but I cannot find upgraded app anywhere to install so still stuck with free version. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having issues with the app! Are you on Android or iOS.

If you are on iOS please try this: open the app on your device, touch the Settings button (the little gear icon on the top left corner of the screen) and then tap on "Restore purchases", that will give you access to the full functionality of the app on that device.
