Dear Steve,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. The issue with iPhone 4S videos is that they are in 1080p resolution and currently the iPad 1 cannot handle videos on that resolution. Our app transfers the videos in full resolution and when they are received by the iPad 1 they are rejected by the photos app.
We are working on reducing the resolution of the videos before the transfer takes place when the receiving device can't handle 1080p videos. We will push an update with this fix in the next few days.
I'm sorry about this issue. Thanks for your patience. I will publish something here when the update becomes available.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear Srinivas,
Thanks for posting your question here. If your devices are using different accounts to buy and install apps then you will have to buy the app on both devices to be able to transfer between them. If the devices are sharing one iTunes account to download apps then you will only have to pay once to install the app on both devices.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your post. Yes, the issue is that your iPad 2 needs to be running iOS5 in order to play full HD videos. If you can, please update your iPad to iOS5 and then you will be transferring your videos with no problems.
We are still waiting to hear from Apple regarding the update that we submitted that fixes this issue for other videos but with iPad 2 and iOS5 it should work.
Best,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. So, the app was working well with your normal wifi setup but now is not? If that's the case then it is possible that your router simply needs to be reset. Sometimes routers need a reset to refresh all connections, simply unplug your router and plug it back again, then join your network again from your device and your computer and try the transfer process again.
Remember to double check that your iPhone/iPad are connected to your wifi network as well as your computer. Type the address exactly as it appears on the app including the 'http://' and the ':8080' parts.
I hope this helps you. Let us know if you need more help. You can also email us to: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com. We will be glad to assist you.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear Lillian,
Thanks for posting your question here. Our app transfers your photos exactly as they are stored on your computer. We don't modify or change the pictures at all, they should be stored on your iPhone exactly as they are on your computer. Are you sure that you are choosing the full resolution photos on your computer? If the pictures are in low resolution then they will not be displayed well on the iPhone. Do you know what resolution are your images?
You can send us a sample image to our support email if you would like us to test them: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. You can install the app on both devices and you only pay once. Basically, once you own the app on one device you can install it on the other device from the 'App Store' app for FREE as long as use the same iTunes account.
Don't worry, you will not get charged the second time you download the app in the other device. Apple knows that you already own the app, so it will treat it only as an update so you won't be charged (even though it says 'buy') as long as you use the same iTunes account in both devices.
I hope this answers your question. Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Thanks for your post. I'm really sorry you are also having issues. We are getting a bit worried here because we haven't heard from Apple yet! We submitted the update on November 3rd. and we are still in 'Waiting for review' status. Not sure why Apple has taken so long to review our update this time :(
We'll update you as soon as we hear something from them. Thanks again for your patience.
Best,
Enrique
