I have this problem and it was never resolved. The tech support here only provides the same boiler-plated responses over and over and over to all issues without really understanding them, which I looked into and followed, but none addressed the issue. I think this app does not work well for folks with PCs on Windows Platform, while it's a breeze for Mac/Apple users. There should be simple solutions but for a downloaded app I don't want to spend more time on this than I already did. I'm disappointed about this app and would like a refund because it never worked for me. It's not the $ but the principle.
