Hi Enrique...I forgot to mention in my original post that I was going to try all your suggestions. :)
More background:
-All are JPG files that the iPhone 4S originally took. Many are HDR pix.
-using Firefox 9.0.1
-Using Windows XP SP3
-iPhone is 64GB and 58GB free. :)
1)If I try to upload a few files before/after and including the file I believe is dying, it still fails.
2)I deleted a bunch of the files that I believe are the bad ones (I don't need them anyway), and then the app dies again on the 34th picture...nowhere "near" the "bad" pix. Hope that makes sense.
3)When using your app, if I sort the file browser by Date and choose the same files (img_1703 - img_1800 which only totals 79 pix for me) it fails on the 49th picture.
4)Uninstalling/reinstalling does not help. I did not, however, reboot the iPhone between the uninstall and reinstall.
5)Uninstalled, rebooted iPhone, installed again...
6)Tried on IE 7.0.x and fails on the 34th picture as well (img_1703 - img_1800 which only totals 79 pix for me)
Do you have any way to enable logging on your app? In the iPhone itself, General>About>Diagnostics & Data> I see tons of Transfer_2012-02-24 crash files but there is no way to export them...I can highlight and copy...where should I email it to? I just sent it to your email support address that is listed in the web interface app homepage.

will this "fix" also apply for sending vids from iPhone 4S to iPod Touch? So far I cannot send any vids from 4s to Touch...I know the resolution is the problem but a bummer. I have tried converting the vids using Handbrake and although they transfer with your software, it shows up a grey JPG picture and is dead in the Photos area. Would be great if this is part of your fix (also please see my 3 enhancement requests in the Ideas section here). Thanks!
