Yes, Amber, that is what I thought too, so I unselect all the videos and I STILL see the same message and cannot download the zip file full of jpg images!!!
This is just not working right. I was able to do pages 1 through 4 and it worked fine, but I cannot get the remaining pages to get past this point where it refers to MP4 and THM files!!! I don't know what to do!! I have turned the computer off and back on again but no good. I will try turning the iPad off to see if that helps???
