I was able to get the transfers to work when I downloaded no more than 50 pictures at a time. I have a large batch of about 1,500 pictures that I need to get off the iPhone so I will just have to do it 50 at a time instead of 100 at a time as I was trying to do. Going forward, it won't be a problem since I will download more often with smaller batches.
