same error please help.

I have transferred 2 videos taken at the same time as a 3rd with my iphone. I have successfully transferred the first 2 but the 3rd fully downloads but then comes up with the message "error and error ocurred while downloading an image or video. Technical Reason: The video you are trying to transfer is not compatible with this device. and it gives me an "ok" button. I have plenty of room on my ipad 2. And I have copy and pasted this and the other two to my pc and played them.

It is a 12 min video but the setting was already at 1200 secs. I just changed it to 2000 lets see.
