I'm running version 4.0 and I've given it permission to read photos by turning on the "Location Services" switch. After messing with it for about an hour, I finally was able to see my photos on the phone by entering the IP address of the phone in the Manual mode.At that time, the screen on my laptop showed two different icons for my iPhone. I thought I was home free so I downloaded a bunch of photos to my computer. It took several minutes for the download to complete, but when I went to open the JPG files, none of them would open. They were all zero bytes.
Any other suggestions?

Reinstalling the app on the phone seems to have fixed the problem.
FYI - I'm running IOS 5.1.1
Thanks!
