Thanks, but I didn't ask how to do this over iTunes... The reason I purchased your product was because there is no way to sort ALL videos in one place to pull them off the phone. Which means I would have to look for the extension on each file in order to pull the largest files (that being video files) from the phone. Your app allows me to filter those files and deal with them directly. I did not ask you if your app could control USB bandwidth. What I said was USB offers transfers at higher bandwidth.

What I want to know is why can't i use your app to transfer files using direct USB?

If you app doesn't do this, then i suggest you get your developers to sort this out. If you do not have plans to make this INCREDIBLY simply add to your app, then I would like to know how to get my money back.
