Anne expresses my thoughts exactly. I will no longer waste my time on this app until I am notified that the problem has been resolved. It's clear that the boiler plate troubleshooting has nothing to do with this problem

I have the same problem....I get the message that server has timed out - try again ,later. No luck yet!
