Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, I did exactly what was suggested in your previous post: opening “Photos” first and changing the settings. There was some improvement because the file transfer took place, but as I said, the error messages persisted and some photos were duplicated.

In response to your questions, in my attempts I never exceeded 5 photos and the photos were all under 1.5 Mbyte.

Hope you can find a solution, because otherwise the program is useless. I see from other postings that this problem is not new...

I am having exactly the same problem... After trying the suggestions in the reply above, I get the following symptoms:

a. The file transfers now take place
b. However the error messages still appear (unjustifiably so, since the transfers occur). We always click on "Continue" to proceed
c. Some photos are still duplicated in the process
