OK update - going into Camera Roll - and selecting the photos - the app crashes.. But going into Photo Stream the app seems to allow me to select the photos I want to transfer!

Might be OK - will try now from the Win PC....

All the photos I wanted to transfer were taken with the 4S... I have checked in settings and it is set at 200 as suggested.

I'll try again later - maybe to see if I can transfer a few at a time?
