Hey OK This old simigeek fart got it wrong...It is now working and you know why...
I was putting dots between all number groups and did not realize it was a colon before the last 4 numbers...as soon as I put the colon in it connected right away..I had always only seen dots or slashes between numbers etc and never a colon so
