well--apple iTunes is having problem syncing some of my pictures. that is why I was looking for the same functionality as moto4brad mentioned. Using ctrl key to select all photos will only select photos in a current folder. It will not select any pictures in subfolders. I am not asking you to create ambums in iPad, but simply scan all pictures in subfolders and import them all into a single folder in iPad. There is no iOs impossed limit on that, right?
