Hi amber thank u for the info we still have a problem as the upload of the photos on my friends computer takes ages. My other question is how can I see when the photos are uploaded on my ipad. I click on recieve pics on my ipad the it takes me to a page recieve from Mac. We are on the same network

I been trying the same with my partner computer he installed the app on his computer and used the address with my ipad name in his Mac browser we are on the same network but its taking ages to upload. How can I see or check on my ipad when the photos are uploaded?
We can't seem to transfer from Mac to my ipad please advice
