Exact same problem here. I have tried using the backup feature as well as the download feature and tried varying quantities of photos at once, works okay a few times and then gets stuck saying they've downloaded when they haven't. In the same situation as you and purchased this app only for this reason, only to be disappointed. Would love some help.
