Enrique,

I've been playing around with the Photo Transfer App and it is working fine. The problem was my lack of understanding on how the App works.

After figuring out what I was doing wrong, or more accurately, what I was not doing, I find that this is a great App for what I wanted to accomplish.

Thanks for your assistance

Denny
Enrique,

Thank you for your quick response.

Please bear with me, I am an “average” user and fairly new to a Mac.

Yes, the Mac does find the IPhone when I touch “Discover Devices”.

Here is some more info on the problem:

Both devices (the IPhone and the Mac) are connected to the same network. As mentioned below, I can transfer photo
from the IPhone to the Mac, but not from the Mac to the IPhone.

I have “deleted” Photo Transfer App from the Mac and re-installed it.
I have “reset” the router. I am using AT&T U-Verse Wi-Fi if that matters

1) I open Photo Transfer on the IPhone
2) I open Photo Transfer on the Mac.
3) Click on “Discover Devices”
4) The Mac shows only the IPhone under “Discovered Devices”, no Mac or any other device.
5) Click on IPhone in “Discovered Devices.
6) IPhone shows “Client Connected” and the Mac shows the pictures in the “Camera Roll”
7) I can select a picture from the ones shown on the Mac screen and download it to the “Pictures” folder on the Mac.

My problem is that the Mac is not shown under the “Devices Connected”, and I can not select or transfer pictures from
the Mac to the IPhone.

As I said, I’m an average user, but I assume the “network” is OK if I can transfer photo’s from the IPhone to the Mac.

Any further assistance would be appreciated,

Denny
