Is it possible to select a couple of folders (each containing pictures) and copy them from a windows desktop to an iPad with the result that each folder will become an album on the iPad?

Since I'm thinking about more than 150 folders to copy it would be great to have such a functionality. Doing it manually is not really an option here...
