Hi,
Thank you for your message, and sorry for the late reply.
You can find instructions to transfer from Android to Mac on this link: https://phototransferapp.com/help/mac/idevice-to-mac/. Screenshots are not up-to-date but the instructions themselves are still valid.
Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Juan
Hi Chris,
Using our new Windows app you can download pics from your iPad to your PC. You just need to select a folder or the pics you would like to download and click on the Download button at the bottom of the screen.
About the 'access new features' button, you can ignore it, it should not appear, it's a bug on our iPad app. Thank you for reporting it.
Have a good day!
Kind regards,
Juan

Hello,
Thank you very much for contacting us and my apologies for the late reply.
As we have discovered recently, Adobe Air now is managed by other company and you can download it via this link: https://airsdk.harman.com/assets/downloads/AdobeAIR.exe
In case you don't want to install this third-party software, we have good news! We are planning to release soon (before May) a new Windows app that will not require any more installation of Adobe Air and will make the use of the app easier.
In the meantime, you can use our web interface that will help. Here you can see a step by step guide on how to use it: https://phototransferapp.com/help/iphone/transfer_photos_from_your_iphone_or_itouch_to_your_pc/
Please let me know if it works for you. Waiting for your reply.
Kind regards,
Juan

Hi Pierre,
Thank you for your message. Are you using our Windows or our Mac app? Actually, we have support for drag & drop on both desktop apps, which allows you to download and upload pictures and videos directly to/from your computer folders. Could you give us more details about what you are trying to accomplish?
Waiting for your reply.
Kind regards,
Juan
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is no way to do it at the moment. But we are happy to inform you we are working on a completely new Windows version which we plan to release during Q2 2021. We take note of this improvement for the new version.
Apologies for any inconvenience it is causing you.
Kind regards,
Juan

Hi Scott,
Thank you for contacting us.
Photo Transfer App does not allow you to move pictures between your device folders. It allows you to transfer your pictures between your devices, from/to iPhone, Android, iPad, PC, and Mac. To move pictures inside your device, you can use the gallery app, or a file manager app.
Here are some instructions we found for you for iOS devices: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/organize-photos-in-albums-iphc0fc668ab/ios, and for Android devices: https://support.google.com/android/answer/9361143?hl=en
Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Juan
