Black screen on Windows computer

Hello

My computer updated to latest Windows, unfortunately SSD drive was corrupted and I had to replace it. Many programmes were lost, including Photos Transfer App. I downloaded Photo Transfer App again, opened the zip files of the installer and transfer app, opened the app on the desktop. but I get a black screen. I've uninstalled all programmes and files, re-installed, but still get black screen. Can you help please?

I downloaded the app to my PC using the link and I was able to upload pics to my iPad. However, there doesn’t appear to be any way of uploading pics from iPad to PC.

Also when I opened the app on my iPad, there is a yellow button that says ‘access new features’ however when I press it nothing happens. I have restarted both PC and iPad.

Hi Chris,

Using our new Windows app you can download pics from your iPad to your PC. You just need to select a folder or the pics you would like to download and click on the Download button at the bottom of the screen.

About the 'access new features' button, you can ignore it, it should not appear, it's a bug on our iPad app. Thank you for reporting it.
