Am I missing something or do I have to do two seperate operations to transfer photos then videos?

From iPhone4 to iPad2 using v 3.01. It appears as though I have to transfer my selected photos, then select videos for transfer, then proceed to transfer the videos.

In other words I have to press the "Get Photos" button on iPad2 (which is receiving) then go back to the iPad2 and press the "Get Videos" button.

Why can't photos and videos transfer from my iPhone to iPad2 with just one press of a single button, like "Get Photos and Videos"?
