Transferred Photos wanted in Camera Roll

If while transferring photos from my computer to my iPhone 4S I don't name a folder for the photos to be transferred to, do they automatically go to the Camera Roll?

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Yes. If you do not select an album then the photos will be saved to the Camera roll. Even when selecting an album the photos will also be saved to the Camera roll because the photos can't live alone on the album as designed by Apple with the new upgrade of iOS5.
