Cannot connect iPhone and MacBook.

I've done everything as described (connected to same network, rejoined network, typed : not . or ;, verified IP on router, etc.) and my MacBook connection times out every time. Any other suggestions than those on my iPhone or your website?

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? If you are on a home wifi network I would recommend that you refresh the connection by resetting the router for 10 seconds ( Turning it off then back on ). Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to connect. Please note, it can take a few attempts to establish a connection.

You can also try force quitting the app and relaunching it and attempting your transfer again.

If you still have issues, can you tell me the make and model of your wifi router?

I am on my home network. I've refreshed the connection several times, I leave the app running while connecting and verified the IP address on the router's client list. The router is a Belkin ADSL 2+ Modem Router F5D9630.
Still having issues, it's not working.
Please tell me something else to try or refund my money.

I would also recommend trying to use a different web browser like Google Chrome or FireFox :)
