IP address does not work

Hello I am not able to transfer documents from my ipad to my PC. I am not able to get to the ip address. I have turned off security software. I am not sure I understand what they did to resolve this.

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

What type of wifi network are you using? Home or Public? Can you please send to us the IP address that our app is giving you to our support email? info[at]phototransferapp.com

If you are using a home wifi network, I would recommend that you close out the app and webpage, and restart your wifi router to give it a fresh connection. Once it reboots relaunch everything and attempt your transfer again.
