Transfer photos from PC to iPad. Did not work.

After I bought the Photo Transfer App & got it on the ipad2, tried to transfer photos frrom PC. your instructions says to go to my browser and enter http //192.xxx.1.110:8080. Nothing hapenned.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.

I would recommend you to double check that your iPad and computer are connected to the same wifi network as sometimes the iPad may join automatically another nearby network. Also, are you using a home wifi network or a public wifi network?

Also, please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you type the address exactly as it appears on the app including the 'http://' and the ':8080' parts.

You could also try resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections get refreshed. After you reset the wifi router you need to join the network again on your iPhone/iPad and try the transfer process again.
