Update for iPhone 4s won't download

Are you using the same login account info as the other iPad had when you first purchased that App?

Thanks for contacting us. 'gvidid1' has a valid question on his comment, if you changed the iTunes account that you use to download apps on your iPhone 4S you may have a problem downloading the update. Please verify that you are using the same iTunes account as on your iPad and try again.

If the App is not downloading, but you're sure all login iTunes account info is the same, you may need to reboot your iPhone.

To reboot, there are two ways ... Soft-boot and Hard-boot.

Soft-boot...
Hold the side power-button in until a slider says 'Slide to Power off'
Slide it to power the device off ... And wait until it's fully finished closing down...
Now press the side power button again to restart it... And try downloading the App.

Hard-boot...
Press both the side power-button and the Home-button at the same time, together...
Keep them pressed until you see the Apple logo, (you'll see the Slider message on top, first), keep the both buttons pressed until the Apple Logo shows... then Release them ...
You don't need to press the side power-button alone to restart, the iDevice will restart by itself.

Usually a Soft-boot works, but sometimes, for stubborn problems, a Hard-boot is needed to reset the memory as well.

Good suggestion. The Soft-book should be good enough to refresh things on the App Store app. Thanks for adding this!!
