I transferred photos and it went to win zip and then disappeared - can't find file anywhere - can't find a zip file. I didn't extract it but I would have thought it would have stayed as a zip
Hi, you can right-mouse-button click on the link with the ZIP file, and choose...
'Save Target As...' and you'll have an option to save it to the place you want on your hard drive, or other media storage device... So you'll know where it went ... :-)
You mentioned using WinZip, so I'm assuming you're using a PC, not Mac OS.
My advice is PC based using Internet Explorer.
Enrique can advise how to do this on a Mac based OS.

As 'gvdid1' suggested, you can try right-clicking the link to download your photos and then choosing 'Save Target As' so you can define where you want to save the zip file with your photos. Normally the files you download will be saved on the 'Downloads' folder on your computer, you can look there to see the file named 'photos.zip' is there. After you download the zip file you should be able to extract your photos by simply right clicking on the file and choose 'Extract'.
