I'm really sorry it took this long to respond to you, we somehow missed this question. Our app can only read and save photos and videos from the 'Photos' app on your device. We don't support saving videos to the 'Videos' folder as that is intended for larger videos like movies or video podcasts. Our app was created to move photos and videos created by the device which are stored on the native 'Photos' application.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique

May I add, videos and photos NOT created on the iDevice can also be transferred to the 'Photos' section of the iDevice.
(you may have confused some customers, with your last statement) :-)
They just have to be created on the PC or Mac in the valid file-types the iDevice supports. (Enrique can mention the file-types his update transfers)
Videos may need to be converted on the PC / Mac, first, before transferring.
The iPad2 even supports 1920x1080 resolution, as long as the supported file-type is made. ... I'm guessing the iPad3 can do more ... :-)
(I've done this already, on my iPad2)
If they don't have a video converter, and are low on $$$ to buy one ...
Let's also let them know of a FREE conversion program called Handbrake at ...
http://handbrake.fr/
:-)
By the way, Enrique, ... The App has really 'grown-up' (improved) in these last updates. The look of it is much nicer now, and function has improved too.
Are there any plans to add the HTML 5 availabilty to the web access browser interface?
Thanks for the clarification. Your observation is totally correct, you can definitely also transfer photos created with other devices. My comment was probably going to be misunderstood so I appreciate the clarification. I just wanted to say that all the content that our app can manage is the one stored on the 'Photos' app of the device.
Thanks for the compliment about the app. Yes, we are trying to make the app look better and improving the functionality. I would really like to add HTML5 for the web interface, we already played a bit with that but we are waiting a little more for HTML5 to be totally supported by all browsers to avoid fragmenting the UI when using different browsers.
BTW, as stated on another of my responses, there is now a Mac Client App for Photo Transfer App available here:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...
You can now drag & drop photos from and to your device using the Mac app. I hope you like it!
Regards,
Enrique
