Ipad to MacBook Pro Movie transfer

Only some of my movies transferred to my Mac. The rest say file cannot be opened.
I am not real good with computer tech. All of my photos transferred.
Any ideas? they all ended in .mov BTW thank you

Hi Debi,

Thanks for posting your question here. Did you take all the videos using your iPad or where they imported from somewhere else? How long are your videos? Our app transfers video files exactly as they are stored on your device, we don't modify them or change them on any way so if they play on your iPad then they should play on your computer. I would suggest to check that you have the latest version of QuickTime installed:

You can also try another video player to see if your videos play better there:

And, one more suggestion is to use our new Mac app to transfer your videos from iPad to computer:
